As a Business Development & Growth Intern at UCBuddy.ai, you will join our team full-time, focusing on expanding our reach within the EdTech and AI-career coaching landscape. UCBuddy.ai is a pioneering AI career buddy and generative learning system dedicated to accelerating personal and professional development. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0 years of experience who are eager to contribute directly to user acquisition through both direct-to-consumer strategies and strategic institutional partnerships. You will not have any direct reports and will gain invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the EdTech and AI-career coaching landscape to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Develop user acquisition strategies targeting students, job seekers, and young professionals.
- Assist in drafting B2B partnership proposals for universities, bootcamps, and corporate training programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0 years of professional experience; open to current students or recent graduates.
- Demonstrated strong interest in business development, growth marketing, or the EdTech/AI sectors.
- Ability to submit a comprehensive GTM & Executive Plan as part of the application process, outlining a strategy to drive B2C user adoption and pitch the platform to two educational institutions.
Preferred Requirement
- Academic background or coursework in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for strategy development and proposal drafting.
